Our Governing Board consists of not less than five (5) and nor more than eleven (11) Directors who are the members of the corporation. Each member serves a three-year term beginning on October 1st. The members' terms are staggered so that no more than three directors' terms end in one year. The members annually select one member to serve as Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. Meetings are typically held monthly on the third Friday of the month at noon or by the approved schedule. Our current Governing Board includes the following individuals:
