Mix-It-Up is a low-impact aerobics class designed specifically for mature bones and joints. Exercises are set to music and done with the use of a chair, a beach ball and a towel. The class is designed to enhance: coordination, muscle strength, cardiovascular, endurance, posture and flexibility.
